There is a great website out there that I think all craft beer lovers and skeptics alike should check out. It was created by the Brewers Association and I could literally spend hours perusing it. Check it out!

Alternate Name for the brewery/blog?

I know it's weird naming a brewery when it doesn't exist, but what do you think about the name: Liquid Bread Brewing ? My wife suggested it...she's wicked smaht

Scratch that, apparently there's a Liquid Bread Brewing Co. in Hays, Kansas. I don't want to step on toes. Any other suggestions? I know my brother, Jeff, has consistently suggested Yeast Coast Brewing as a name. I'm not sure the title is that enticing.

It's Electric...boogey woogey?

Before wires overtook it

Well, I spent the better part of the weekend wiring up my electrical enclosure for the new brewery. I am using the BCS-460 control system along with some 3-way selector switches. It's about done, but I just have to mount it on the brew stand and wire in the components. I am definitely having an electrician or electrical engineer take a look at this before I fire it up!
